Career Development Plan II—Development of a Training, Mentoring, and Coaching Program La evolución en el área de los negocio ha ido avanzando en los últimos años. Con la llegada del Internet y los avances tecnológicos cambiando constantemente, las empresas han tenido que hacer ajustes drástico para poder estar a la vanguardia de esta evolución. Ya no se puede decir que existe un trabajo seguro y mucho menos hablar de seguridad de empleo en el trabajo. Esta hipótesis de seguridad laboral ya no es válida (). Ningún empleador puede asegurarle el empleo a sus empleados. Esto debido a toda esta evolución tecnológica. InterClean ha unido fuerzas con EnviroTech y no están exentos de estos cambios. Ya han escogido el personal para expandir su negocio, ahora toca la tarea de entrenarlos y desarrollarlos para esta nueva etapa empresarial. El entrenamiento y desarrollo se encarga de organizar los empleados de una organización con el fin de conocer y poder brindar los productos o servicios que la misma ofrece. En otras palabras, este campo se encarga de organizar las actividades de los empleados de una empresa con el fin de realizar un mejor desempeño de los individuos o grupos de la misma. A continuación se explica los diferentes puntos estratégicos a seguir en el plan de entrenamiento y desarrollo de los empleados reclutados de InterClean para expandir negocios en Puerto Rico. Se necesita un entrenamiento amplio para asegurar que la compañía cumpla sus metas efectivamente. En adición se necesita presentarle a los empleados más conocimientos en todas las áreas de la industria de saneamiento y limpieza. Para los representantes de ventas, es necesario que conozcan y estén relacionados sobre las regulaciones ambientales, OSHA y otros estándares de saneamiento según apliquen a las diferentes industrias. Es importante también, entrenar a los vendedores a cómo tratar con los clientes ya que esto es parte fundamental de un vendedor. Se puede producir el mejor
