I recognise this assessment is ongoing and involved weekly observations to identify progress and monitor the services. I made a record of each visit and reported any concerns to my manager (SW one, Walker 2011). Upon reflection, I could have been more open with N at the start about my concerns as her feedback reflected an inconsistency in my approach.
