Carl Robins is a new employee with ABC Inc. He has only been with the company for six months and has just experienced his first hiring process. Carl hired 15 new employees thinking they would be able to go through training on June 15th and begin working sometime in July. Mark Young is the leader of the painting division in a big hospital. He is in charge of 20 union employees and they report to him. The hospital wanted to change the painting division.
