Cause And Effect Of 9/11

On September 11, terrorists took over two flights leading them into the twin towers in
New York City, which then collapsed. No tower could have withstood the impact of the planes, but it is important to take steps to learn how to construct safer buildings (“Why the World…”).
Over 3000 people died in this tragic event including the firefighters and the people on the flights and in the buildings ( Frank 5-13 ). The cause of 9-11 was the terrorists that came to America whom lived normal lives just like any ordinary person. These people then crashed two planes into the World Trade Center causing a massive hole in both buildings (“Why the World…”).
After the planes collided, both buildings collapsed into rubble (Frank 5-13). The way the hijackers got control of the planes was by using mace, pepper spray, and knives. They also had to
take flight school to learn how to fly a plane (“Hijackers used Mace…”).
After the act of 9-11 people now know the reason for the collapse of the World Trade Center. Once the planes hit the towers, the weight of the upper floors crushed down on the lower floors crashing each one below as the buildings fell. Another reason was because the fire made the steel frames lose some
