Cause Of Homelessness Research Paper
Homelessness has a profound effect on people. Life for a homeless person is very hard.
Spending all of the time getting their basic needs met. Hunger is a constant problem. Injury and illness are threats as well. Finding food, water, shelter, and warmth become the most important things to someone on the streets. Homelessness can be hard. Homelessness has many causes.
Sometimes the loss of an occupation causes a family to become homeless. One paycheck can mean the difference between having and not having a home. Sometimes domestic abuse is the cause of homelessness. Mental illness and substance abuse are other causes (Kenney 4-5).
Homelessness has a serious impact on both the young people affected and the wider society.
