Toni & Guy is a global hairdressing and training business founded in London, England in 1963 by brothers Giuseppe (Toni) and Gaetano (Guy) Mascolo. They were later joined by younger brothers Bruno and Anthony Mascolo. There are more than 400 salons in the organization and it has won 55 British Hairdressing Awards in 13 categories including British Hairdresser of the Year three times, Best British Artistic Team a record eleven times, Newcomer and Southern Hairdresser seven times each, London Hairdresser six times, Men's and Wales & South West Hairdresser five times each. Toni Mascolo's daughter Sacha won the title Newcomer of the Year at 19 years of age in 1991, the youngest person even to win this award and went on to win London Hairdresser of the Year 1999 as well as being nominated twice for British Hairdresser of the Year. Sacha is Global Creative Director and her husband James Tarbuck is Global Brand Director.
Toni & Guy has its own client magazine and in-salon television station ‘TONI&GUY.TV’ the brainchild of James Tarbuck, as well as salons and academies around the world in the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, the Netherlands, Sweden, Slovakia, South Africa, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Czech Republic, Croatia,Kazakhstan, Malta, Cyprus, Greece, Thailand, Turkey, Jordan, Kuwait, Belarus, Belgium, China, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Australia, India,Indonesia, Pakistan, New Zealand, Russia, United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Vietnam, Bahrain, Hungary, Philippines, Romania and Ukraine.
The TONI&GUY salons in the USA are headed up by Toni's younger brother Bruno Mascolo.
