Cognitive Behavior Therapy: Psychotherapy
The Cognitive behaviour therapy can be seen as a talking therapy which can be used to help manage problems by changing ways we see things, the way we think and behave. Cognitive behaviour Therapy can be used to treat Anxiety, Depression and can be useful for other mental and physical Health problems. CBT combines elements of cognitive and behavioural therapy and approaches. The main focus of the course is the relationship with all other therapies that seek to effect perception and behaviour. In such that Cognitive Behaviour Therapy as a form of Psychotherapy originally designed to treat a number of mental disorders. CBT also works to solve the current problems and change unhelpful thinking and behaviours of individuals.

    Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), as its name suggests, blends the theoretical insights of both the behavioural and cognitive therapies. CBT’s origins can be dated back to Stoic, Taoist and Buddhist philosophies which link human emotions to thoughts and ideas (Beck et al, 1979).
