However, different approaches such as psychodynamic, humanistic behavioural, cognitive and integrated approaches will be examined and how the impact of all these approaches has effected changes in the study of cognitive behaviour therapy. In addition, cognitive behaviour therapy also linked with all other therapies (such as self-hypnosis, hypnotherapy, hypo-analysis, visualisation, affirmation, autogenic, NLP, spiritual forms of meditation, shamanic models, casting models, positive thinking and goal setting, life coaching, personal development training, anger management, stress management, and relaxation therapy) which are basically meant to bring about the positive changes/results in the life of clients.
