Collaboration Essay
My experience having to work with graphics to make my brochure went pretty well. I didn’t have any problems working with Eric. We got right to work and didn’t waste time. We made sure that everything went as I wanted it on my brochure. I believe that we did very good on our collaboration.
While working with Eric we didn’t have many disagreements. I explained to him how it was that I wanted my brochure to come out and he suggested to me ways that would help my brochure. For example when it came to picking the colors Eric helped me pick out colors that would compliment and look nicely together. We did argue on what kind of font I should have chosen he suggested Arial Black but I wanted Comic Sans. We ended up compromising and choosing Scripture because it went the best with the kind of image I was going for on the brochure.
When it came to prices, services, and name I did those decisions. We picked out the images and the design of the brochure together. We didn’t pick any images that we didn’t both think fit my brochure.Eric and I tried our best to not waste time. Whenever I would get side tracked talking to someone he would tell me to stop and continue working. I did the same whenever he would get distracted. Time management was something that I believe Eric and I handled well because we got the brochure done by the due date.
Everything went well on the brochure. I like the color scheme we picked, font, images and the layout. I don’t have any complaints on the brochure. I think it came out better than I had expected. How my brochure came out was better than how I imagined it. Eric and I did very well on the brochure for me not knowing how I wanted the brochure to look.
There is only one thing that I would change about my brochure. The one thing I would change about it would be the prices. In my opinion after seeing everyone's menus/brochures I believe that
