Indeed, management and leadership is another one of the terms in which have been used interchangeably and people have a tendency to make them represent the same term, however, the two are different. The definition of management is the process of planning, organizing, leading and controlling the efforts of organization members and of using all organizational resources to achieve stated organizational goals. She/he is responsible for the management of the company and may exercise all the powers of the company. The manager determines the company’s strategic objectives and policies; monitor progress towards achieving the objectives and policies; appointing senior management; accounting for the company’s activities to relevant parties, e. g. shareholders for management of the company educational and research missions. The definition of leadership is achieving tasks, keeping the team motivated and empowered to achieve that task, leading by example, inspiring, empowerment, creating the most encouraging environment for team success.
