Evolutionism: Near to the Fact
Do you believe in God? Most of christians trust that God created everything even human being. There is a bible which contains God’s story, and they believe the bible. On the other hand, we can see in some biology textbooks, they mention that humans were created through evolution. Evolutionism and creationism have long been controversial in the world. The reason that they are controversy is that both of them have evidences and weaknesses, and both of them haven’t proved yet, therefore, evolutionism and creationism are just beliefs. For the definition of each hypotheses, evolutionism claims that human was made from evolution through natural selection,

He was a naturalist and biologist known for his theory of evolution and the process of natural selection. In 1831 he began a five-year voyage around the world on the ship, Beagle to find out evidences of evolutionism. During the five year voyage, he went to the Galapagos Islands that located in Pacific Ocean. The thing that he surprised was that each island had different shapes on the tuttles’ shells, and each island had birds that had different shapes their beaks. The reason that they were slightly different is to adapt their environment. Each islands had their own environment, therefore, the birds and turtles evolved for their surviving through adaptation (Darwin, Charles. the Origin of Species, 1859.) For the another example, arctic foxes cannot live at desert, because they have small ears that help keep their body warm, on the other side, fennec foxes cannot stay in cold-weather area, since their ears help reducing their heat. It calls natural selection that Charles Darwin claimed. Charles Darwin asserted that humans evolved same as the birds in Galapagos Islands, and there are fossil records to prove the evolution. Through the fossil records, human evolution is proven by …show more content…

As I mentioned before, hypothesis that God made creatures is creationism. If God actually made the existed things, there weren’t any creatures before God made them. However, in the period of Old Stone Age, which is the period lasted roughly 3.4 million years, there were humans and creatures such as dinosaurs (Fairfield Osborn, Henry. Men of the Old Stone Age: Their Environment, Life and Art). A lot of fossil record at the period was discovered, and the fossil records proved that there were creatures existed. Likewise, especially in civilization of ancient Egypt, structures, murals, and ruins were built before the God existed (A. Lucas,J. Harris. Ancient Egyptian Materials and Industries.). Those things could not be built without human being, and that means there were creatures a long time ago. Also, people who believe in creationism, they trust the bible said all truths. In the bible, there is a content that God revived after God died (Zondervan, New International Version. 1984.). As we already know, revival cannot be happened and proved. If God can revive, God is existed in our society, too. Furthermore, there is a lot of impossible thing in the story of Noah’s Ark. According to bible, Noah was a person who was selected by God. God resolved destroy everything except Noah through flood that was controlled from God. God commanded to Noah to make an ark with his family. After he and his family made

Although the Darwinian evolution theory came out 150 years ago when it was first introduced in On the Origin of Species in 1859, nowadays there are still many people who firmly believe in the creationism, even some who are well educated. In chapter three of River Out of Eden Richard Dawkins brings out this situation and refutes creationism by citing scientific experiments, and finally he points out that gradualism is a principle of the evolution nature world, one that becomes indispensable when one is trying to explain complex phenomena.…

Morris, Ph.D. (icr.org, 1989), the author states that dinosaurs are all too often taught under the theory of evolution, yet hold a strong presence in Biblical references as well. Much like the evidence of age old fossils, dinosaurs have a significant role in interpreting the age of existence, and also help support the beliefs within the origin of Progressive Creationism. A balance and explanation between Scripture and science is necessary with the geological evidence that there was an era of dinosaurs walking the earth. The topic of dinosaurs then lends itself perfectly to the philosophy of Progressive Creationism where days described in Genesis took place over long periods of time. Dinosaurs can be categorized as one of the many species created and described in Genesis.…

Historic Creationism correlates with my view as a Christian that the Bible is a poetic and historically accurate accounting of how we as humans came to be in this awe- inspiring world while holding to the scientific probability that the earth is billions of years old. Philosophers, theologians and lay people have forever debated creation, and I for one, believe there is room for more than one opinion. No one will know for sure until the day Jesus returns to shed his divine light on all his believers. Only then will the mystery of creation be…

God is shown as creator through out the beginning of the bible in many different passages. This clearly teaches Christians that God created everything in the world and bought it all into existence. The main creation story at the very beginning of the bible is Genesis 1 – 3. This passage clearly goes over what God created and then goes into the creation of humans and explains there special responsibilities.…

But this argument ignores the rich and extremely detailed record of evolutionary history that paleontologists and other biologists have constructed over the past two centuries and are continuing to construct. Paleontological research has filled in many of the parts of the fossil record that were incomplete in Charles Darwin’s time. The claim that the fossil record is “full of gaps” that undermine evolution is simply false. Indeed, paleontologists now know enough about the ages of sediments to predict where they will be able to find particularly significant transitional fossils, as happened with Tiktaalik…

According to The Oxford Dictionary, creationism is defined as the belief that the universe and living organisms originate from specific acts of divine creation, as in the biblical account, rather than by natural processes such as evolution. The Oxford Dictionary also defines intelligent design as the theory that life, or the universe, cannot have arisen by chance and was designed and created by some intelligent entity. Tension between scientists and theologians arose in the 18th century, when it became obvious to most researchers that geological processes were exceedingly slow, and must have been accomplished over incredibly long periods of time. These…

For generations, conflict between atheistic and Christian beliefs has not ceased to persist. The idea of a six-day creation, A.K.A. Young Earth Creationism, is a popular dispute amongst the two worldviews; due to scientific theory of being dependent on the suggestion that the world was formed over a duration of millions of years. Many people, Christian and non-Christian, insist that the concept of Young Earth Creationism is based off of an incorrect interpretation of scripture, or simply is not true. Despite whether or not the idea of a six-day creation is a reality, this must also be considered; does it truly matter? Belief in Young Earth Creationism is essential…

Creation science is a dismissal of evolution by creationist despite the scientific evidence. Creation science is not considered to be science because it discards all scientific evidence that provides evidence of evolution; creation science is not a form of science at all because there is no scientific evidence that supports it. Intelligent design proposes that natural selection is not a justified explanation for the diversity and the complexity of life. Intelligent design is not considered to be science because it, too, continues to deny the scientific evidence of natural selection. Overall, it can be stated that both creation science and intelligent design are not considered to be any form of science or even science itself because both of…
