How to make fried rice Lots of people loves to eat including myself, but not too many people likes to make their own food. There is a kind of food is easy to make and you can make your own special with any kind of ingredients, the fried rice. First and foremost, you must prepare these ingredients like rice, onions, chilies, garlic and anchovies . Normally, people who cook fried rice would use eggs and ham, but this time I was making my own special kind of fried rice, so used onions and garlic, it’s like a vegan fried rice, not too much meat in it. Next, the equipment, you can use fly pan to cook it, but I like to use wok to cook rice. Then, the blended chilli padi and anchovies are used to give extra flavor to the fried rice. Diced vegetables and oyster sauce can make your fried rice look more colorful. A little bit of light soy sauce and green are used to be eaten together with the fried rice. The second steps is turn on the stove and heat the wok for a few minutes. Later pour some oil into the wok. Afterwards, anchovies are put in the wok. You must stir fry that anchovies till they turn golden brown in color and crispy,this process mostly take 5 minutes. Soon, dish out them onto a small plate. The anchovies are left aside to cool down. Then, you heat the wok again, add oil into the wok. Now you should saute the garlic and onions together. After half minutes, you will smell the fragance of the garlic and onions. After that, diced vegetables and chilli padi are added to the fried rice. Then,you pour some oyster sauce and stir it with the vegetables and chilli padi. Two minutes later,add some rice and fried them with the golden anchovies that you have fried rice and mix them well. Finally,the savory kampung fried rice is ready to be eaten. Serve it while hot and garnish it with green chilies. I am sure that your fried rice will lure
