Corrective Action Reflection
1. We’ve met 10/07/2015 and I presented RC with the first version of corrective actions.
2. 10/09/2015 – second meeting was scheduled with Ivis , Director of Administrative Services, RC and myself to present an updated version of corrective actions plan. Larry did not show up for this meeting. He did not give any notice either, and my attempts to reach him were unsuccessful. Larry responded to my texts couple of hours after the scheduled time of the meeting saying that he is not coming.
3. 10/13/2015 – another meeting was scheduled. Larry was notified that meetings with Director of Administrative Services and Program Manager are mandatory and that he is paid for the participation based on overtime rate. Director of Administrative Services
