2. 10/09/2015 – second meeting was scheduled with Ivis , Director of Administrative Services, RC and myself to present an updated version of corrective actions plan. Larry did not show up for this meeting. He did not give any notice either, and my attempts to reach him were unsuccessful. Larry responded to my texts couple of hours after the scheduled time of the meeting saying that he is not coming.
3. 10/13/2015 – another meeting was scheduled. Larry was notified that meetings with Director of Administrative Services and Program Manager are mandatory and that he is paid for the participation based on overtime rate. Director of Administrative Services
had a staff crisis at that morning an asked Larry to wait a little bit. He got very upset, refused to wait and walked away. I had to follow him outside the building asking to stay for another minute, but Larry refused to talk to me which I consider an exhibit of insubordination.
4. 10/15/2015 – one more meeting was scheduled with Ivis and Larry and myself to present him with corrective actions and retraining plan. Larry walked away from this meeting right after it started. Ivis asked him to return twice and followed him to the hallway. She asked if she can consider his walking away as his resignation, he responded ‘Goodbye’ and left the premises.
