Inc. Board has presented themselves during my presence.
When I was introduced as a member, I had very high hopes, standards, expectations and could not wait to be a part of a team that I thought was for our community, health care, employees, organization and of course teamwork. Instead what I encountered was a dissolute group of people who compelled new members to adhere to their personal opinions and agendas. There were no goals, no assistance, no reviews, no guidelines, and zero input provided by the board or the Chairman of the board Mr, Larson. But, while I attend the meeting I did witness HRSA come in and give an excellent review to Mr. Collins and the organization in all areas. Quickly, the board tookl praise in that without an issue, but it's funny to me as soon as the board decided that it was time to make their move like in a game of Battleship all of a sudden all these financial issues happen and as I asked again doesn't HRSA do a pretty good check into this? I'm told, no basically they just skim over and look at what they want, they have guidelines that's it. It's not extensive. I would think if that was the case East Hill Family Medical Inc. would have been in some serious trouble back then and the organization would not have had to let go as many employees as it has just recently? It's upsetting to this organization because as I have sat here and also witnessed several dedicated employees voice their opinions, concerns and express how much they enjoyed being a part of East Hill
Family Medical Inc, and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, many know people in our community, felt secure, and finally was shaping into a place people wanted to work at and people wanted to obtain
