There are many information about reasons why WWII started, and looking at those reasons in my opinion, they could avoid this war, but not for a long time. There would be World War II sooner or later because there were many failures in WWI such as, Treaty of Versailles, the League of Nations, and the Munich Agreement. Also, Since Adolph Hitler was alive and a leader of Germany, so he would start the war anyways. Hitler became the voice of the German people who strongly despised the Treaty of Versailles
Treaty of Versailles was peace treaties in the end of World War I that was signed on June 28, 1919. Five years after assassination of Franz Ferdinand.
According to the treaty, Germans and the Allies were held responsible for affects of World War I. As a result, Germany lost their lands and eventually became economically instability helped Hitler to gain a trust and support of the people, which intern helped him to rise in power easily and start the Second World War League of Nations also played a huge part in starting WW2. League of nations was founded in Paris Peace Conference that finished the World War I. This league was created to bring peace to the world and solve issues by negotiation rather than using force. European countries did not join the League of Nations which was one of the mistakes that caused the war. In addition, Germany and Russia were not allowed to join the League. Germany couldn’t join because it was a punishment for starting the World War I. Soviet Union couldn’t join due to communism. Munich Agreement also contributed in the sense that it just prolonged the inevitable. Hitler was bound to invade Czechoslovakia and Poland (and other neighboring countries) it was just a matter of when.
