Making crepes is very simple, but can take quite a bit of time. Each crepe has to be cooked individually. This is because you coat the entire pan in a thin layer of batter to form the crepe. First, we start with making the batter. Crepe batter is very similar to pancake batter, but a lot thinner. To begin we want to melt our butter and allow all of the wet ingredients sit at room temperature. Net we mix together the flower sugar and salt in one bowl. Once the wet ingredients have set, we mix all of the milk, butter, vanilla and water together. Lastly stir the dry ingredients into the wet. Next step would be to cook the crepes. Using a 12 inch pan on medium, we then spread a very thin layer of butter on the surface. Now pour 1/3 of a cup of batter into the pan. Tilt the pan till the batter covers the entire surface. Once the edges turn slightly brown it is time to flip. With a rubber spatula, loosen the edges and gently flip the crepe. Cook for another 10-20 seconds, then remove. Repeat for each crepe, until the batter is
