Cummunity Should Be Mandatory

Service to the cummunity should not be mandatory. This will cause a mess, Americans will be questioning it. Adults are responsible enough to clean after them selves, it is called manners. We also have the law of not loitering. We should not be argueing over something simple as this.

If it becomes mandatory many Americans will lose jobs even business. That is why there is landscaping and people in jail have to do service to the cummunity. It should be opptional for Americans to do service to the cummunity. I will be willing to serve for the cummunity and many other americans would too.
