Completing a graduate degree is much more than the coursework; it requires managing not only classroom assignments, but also research with faculty, conference visits, and various internships. Actively participating in these supplementary opportunities helps to advance the exploration and application of DPT program concepts. Students who manage their stress levels by planning and organizing healthy eating, physical activity, daily goal setting, rewarding small accomplishments, and time for social support are those who flourish in the DPT program and in their professional growth.
