The Israel-Italian architect David Fisher came up with a design of a unique skyscraper of 80 stories; with a mechanism of floors that rotate by 360 degrees, so that the view would change endlessly for residents inside. Also, equipped with sources of electricity represented in 79 giant wind turbines per floor and photovoltaic solar cells. On Site, only the skinny center core would be built. Accordingly, the floors will be held in space, and the elevators which transport both people and cars. The rest of the building will be constructed as parts in factories in Italy.
