Three Distractions of a Driver In today’s world people are doing everything under the sun when it comes to driving. Things are different now than it was ten years go. Young people are most likely to get distracted than older people while driving. Driving down high way I see people either texting, eating, or playing. One way people get distracted while driving is texting. For the last ten years texting while driving has cause death of many young people. This is why I try to keep my phone in my cup holder because I do not want to be the next victim of texting driving. Young people will never get the point that texting and driving will kill them. with this mind set will never make it in life. Some do not believe that texting while driving will kill them until it happens to them. Another way people get distracted while driving is eating. I have a brother name Swag and he is guilty of this. Every time we go out to McDonalds or something he will always go through the drive through instead eating inside. That right there makes me madder than anything because he is trying to eat while driving, when we could have went inside. Then on top of that it never fails he is going waste something in the car. It would not be so bad if we was in his car but it is my car he is always wasting food in. On more way people get distracted while driving is playing. I have a girlfriend name Shina and she is a prime example of this. No matter where we are going she is always playing while I am trying to dive. She wants to take pictures and everything else. She will sit there and sing nothing but love song the whole way to our destination. Sometimes she will even try to kiss me while I am driving. Then on top of all that she will play nothing but country when really wants to make me mad. She can be very ignoring at times. Sometimes she knows when she is getting under my skin she will try to hug and kiss once we get out the car. Today’s generation people will take life for granted. Being distracted while driving is stupid and some can prevent that. Losing life over something that can be preventing is really crazy.
