1) What are some of the ways that organizations of which you are aware try to improve communication?
The organization communication is an important factor for success of Company. If the internal system of company is good, then it will deliver excellent results or output. The performance of company is based on understanding and communication between employers. We are completely interconnected with each part of technology, but we have yet to connect on a level of understanding and develop a superior world.
1. For improve of organization communication, if there is an important message about project, we must share and repeating all the time.
2. The usage of multiple channels is an effective solution; these are face-to-face interaction, e-mail, meetings, telephone conversation, faxes and memos to keep interacting.
3. The feedback system is building the relationship between management and employers; it will create a good working environment in organization.
2. What is meant by social influence, and how can it affect the acceptance of new IT?
Social influence is the adjustment in attitude that one individual causes in another, deliberately or unwantedly, as a consequence of the way the changed individual sees themselves in relationship to the influencer, other individuals and society.
The Information Technology or It has been changing from years. There social influence clearly visible in every organization. Most of the new people are new to technology and working, some people want to dominate in the work. They looks differently when they are did mistake in project. They will hurt the feelings of new employers.
3) How often should the vision/mission statement be updated or revised?
Every business has the mission or vision statement. These statements are involved in organization developing. The mission or vision statements help the organization movement. The mission statement presents an overview of organization or company. These statements are compact and give quick
