Do you know what year World War 2 ended? If you said 1945, you’re correct. World War II started September 1, 1939 and ended on September 2, 1945. WW2 started due to the Prime Minister of Britain declaring war on Germany. WW2 officially started when Germany declared war on Poland.This involved over 30 countries, including the Axis Power’s and the Allies. The Allies were ruled by the Big 4, which is China, US, United Kingdom, and the Soviet Union. The Axis Powers consisted of Germans, Japanese, and Italians.The Allies fought a two front war, splitting their forces between the European theatre against Nazi, Germany and the Pacific War against Japan.
