3. Does your community have more or less crime and disorder than average? On what do you base your opinion? I believe my community has less crime and disorder than average. This hypothesis is based on how much crime I hear about in my community compared to every other communities. I’m sure we have plenty of speeding and traffic infractions but when a burglary or car chase happens in the few towns around me it is shocking to hear about. Have you ever participated in a demonstration? If so, what was the cause? How did you feel about participating? Was it peaceful? I have not participated in a demonstration because I feel it takes up too much time I could be doing something else. However, I feel participating in a peaceful manner can be an effective way to show others you care about a cause. This being said it is important to make sure when peacefully protesting it doesn’t get out of hand. If someone protest I believe he should be considerate and follow all laws so, he is protected. This means he should not block public road ways or damage property.
5. Is Homelessness a problem in your community? If so, how does your police department deal with it? I am happy to say homelessness is not a problem in my small town and community. I have not seen any homeless people where I live because everything is spread out. It seems to me homeless people tend to move to cities to try and get help.
