Donald Trump Leadership Analysis
Greg Gutfeld is a host on the Fox News channel and frequently does segments regarding politics. In all of his segments, Gutfeld continuously suggests that Donald Trump is an outstanding president, but still acts childish when he should be more professional. I confirm this claim made by Gutfeld because even though Trump has made some significant improvements to the United States during his presidency, he still has some changes he needs to make not only to America, but to his character.
Donald Trump has been the President of the United States for just over a year. During the time of his presidency, he has made several significant improvements to the well-being of America. In the segment “Gutfeld on the year-end summaries of Trump,” Gutfeld points

Doctor’s are expected to guide patients through illness and guardians are expected to be dependable for their children. President of the United States comes with the same responsibilities. They are supposed to guide America through rough times or “illness” the country has and we are supposed to be able to depend on our President to make the right decisions that will have the most positive effect for American citizens. In Gutfeld’s segment “Is merit racist,” Gutfeld uses an example of racism. He says, “See, Sally is carrying six ski masks to an Antifa rally. She encounters four evil white males who steal two of them. How many ski masks does she have left? Answer: You're racist.” Donald Trump’s responsibilities go much further than trying to please everybody and continually justifying himself to make him seem less racist. His job is to make sure that America is safe and under control. Yes, he can be racist at times, but his main goal as President is not to be racist towards certain groups of people. He is doing what he thinks is right for America, even though he does take it too far at times. Being President is a lot more stressful than it looks. You have all of the control over a country-who you go to war with, taxes, and different laws set in place. Even though not everybody agrees with Trump’s ways, he has made major improvements to the well-being of America. He

In Charles Blow’s “Failing All Tests of the Presidency” (2017) he asserts his opinion that Trump is not acting as a true president and he is merely holding a place for an actual president to arrive and replace him. Blow communicates this by saying “Donald Trump is a man of flawed character and a moral cavity,” and “His interests center on the self; country be damned.” He exaggerates all of Trump’s flaws without regard to the truth that, maybe he has done something good while in office. He does this in attempts to force his hatred of Donald Trump onto others that might already not support him. Charles Blow employs his hatred of Trump and writes very controversial articles to everyone who is indifferent or not in support of Donald Trump.…

Donald Trump is going to be the 45th President of the United States. Aziz Ansari wrote an opinion piece for the New York Times with a stark claim that Donald Trump is not fit to be president. From 2000 to 2008 I was eight to sixteen. Meaning, for the better part of George W Bush’s presidency, I was in too young to fully understand and appreciate everything about politics, like policies or the potential ramification of certain bills. Despite this, I remember liking President Bush. I would become annoyed when news anchors of channels like CNN would criticize him, even without completely understanding the topics. Even now that I’m more involved and have a better understanding politics, I would say I disagree with a good number of President Bush’s policies, but, I still wouldn’t say I dislike him. I still think of him as a kind and honest person. Segment 8 talks a bit about the child like nature of President…

If there can be any objection to the administration, it can be the general disdain it has for reality. The President of the United States of America has employed the highest offense possible; he attempts to promote contradictory ideas at the same time and hold that they complement each other. Trump’s most important example should be his tone on the campaign trail. Trump’s campaign was run on two violently opposing ideas: that America is a perfect nation, that America is God’s nation, that America is the savior and protector of the world, America has the perfect culture that all nations should adopt, and our soldiers are the strongest, our products are the best, our land is the most beautiful, and that all nations should be subservient to American…

On January 20, 2017, a new man was brought into office, Donald J. Trump, whose influence and power will lead our nation for the next four to eight years. Donald Trump obviously has a different style than our past president, Barack Obama, speech wise. However, Mr. Trump’s use of rhetorical strategies in his inauguration speech lead many to be in awe due to his nationalistic diction and his flowing syntax.…

I do not know if Donald Trump views it as you do. Trump represents a sizeable group in America that wants the worst for this nation. He constantly remarks about discriminatory and bigotry type practices. Today’s times and concerns are not the same as the 1700s, 1800s and 1900s, and as a result, one would think that race relationships would be much improved; unfortunately, it does not seem like that, and I do agree with you. This class has open my eyes pertaining how White American has treated non-white people, which consist of southern justice, reconstruction, Japanese being jailed during World War II, Native Americans being forced on reservations, and much more. There is a need for “equality” and fairness in this country. Those words…

Granted, Donald Trump can have a bigmouth, but nonetheless he still considered equality. For King Arthur, equality meant that no one was superior, especially at the round table. “Arthur wished for his chosen knights to sit round a round table, so that nobody would be superior.” (King Arthur Biography). Also, morality has changed greatly throughout the years and we are more accepting of LGBTs (lesbians, gays, bisexuals, and transgender), especially in marriage. Donald Trump believes that people shouldn’t be fired or not hired just because of who they are, but believes that marriage should be between a man and a woman. “Angelo said, ‘It’s a complicated relationship that Trump has with the LGBT community, but if ever there was a group that can be said to have had a warm relationship with Trump, it’s LGBT individuals.’…

Trump took the Presidential race by a storm instantly gaining supporters from across the nation. However, his strategy was like no other presidential candidate in history. Fearless and bold, President Trump fueled the racism and sexism of America becoming the talk of every community. Yet, some despised him hypocrisy, much more rejoiced his authenticity. He was not a politician nor did he spend decades working in Washington, but he a blatantly honest billionaire who had conquered the business world. Unfortunate for Trump, since his term began in January, he has finally realized that he needs actual political knowledge to govern the nation, a thought that had never crossed his mind. Due to his lack of common sense and education, Trump has unraveled…

Anytime you turn on the news you hear about the Black Lives Matter movement or other forms of racism from our president. It is difficult to rise above racial prejudice when our president is one of the main ones generating it. It is really sad to say that I don’t think Ms. Hebshi’s racial profiling situation would’ve been much different if it was to have happened today, regardless of the six year difference. Since Trump’s presidency it hasn’t been a secret that he thinks all Muslims are a threat, when that couldn’t be further from the truth. I hope to see the day where all races feel as wanted in our country as they…

The role of a presidential candidate since Washington has been seen as one that can only be fulfilled by those with a strong yet graceful sense of leadership. Current President Donald Trump has quickly risen through the ranks of politics and straight into the white house. With no political background experience, one would think that this candidate came to office by possessing those same active positive characteristics as our first president. However, Trumps character can be seen as compulsive, aggressive and power driven. These characteristics have placed President Trump in the active negative category which I will explain through direct examples.…

Donald Trump won his presidency over Hilary Clinton, winning the electoral vote but losing the popular vote by around 2.9 million votes. Knowing that the majority of Americans did not want Trump as President, it would make sense for Trump to handle the office with care, and work to gain the trust of the Americans who did not want him as their President. In the short 48 days since Trump has been President, it is safe to say that he does not care about the opinions of those who did not vote for him and those that did vote for him. He signs executive orders and appoints nominees without consideration. He makes every move based on his priorities, and not the rest of America.…

Every president to be must tweak the truth of where they stand on certain topics of interest, creating a false sense of security which later makes us insecure as a country. Despite the fact that our government assured us that there was "no risk" America would lose its AAA credit rating, America did indeed lose its rating for the first time since 1917 because of our president’s refusal to cut spending. Election Day for our president, with his soon to be half fulfilled promises to better this country and the world, is a memorable example of our president acting untrustworthy. Never before in the history of our country has one party pushed through a massive entitlement program that was wildly unpopular with the American people, the Affordable Health Care Act. This year’s convention where the president makes unreliable statements about what he has or has not accomplished is another example. The recent speeches on foreign policy and national security provide extensional evidence of how trustless our president is to us. Putting a man on the moon is one of America's greatest accomplishments and our Space Shuttle program was ended, under our current president. When a U.S. president wants to be reelected to office, he must rethink his first set of unfulfilled promises and decide which to change and which to…
