Internal Structures

Must be able to train employees in proper cash-handling methods and must have controls in place to account for all revenue received.
Has keys to the building, codes for the security system and access to the safe.
Supervisor
To ensure team briefings are carried out before each meal period to clear understanding of what needs to be done.
To ensure guest satisfaction through high quality service and good public relations.
To display a positive manner and attitude at all times with colleagues and with our guests
To adhere to the hours of work/shift system and arrive for work punctually and at the appropriate time well presented.
Ensuring that our customers have an excellent experience during their events and will want to return.
To ensure complete & thorough menu knowledge
Ensuring that the food and beverage are consistently prepared and served
Ensuring that all customer complaints are solved swiftly and a solution found at the time.
Maintaining staff moral within the department and with other departments
To maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene & grooming in line with company policy and present a professional image to our guests
To maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and up keep of furnishings & equipment.
