Fundamentals of Organizational Communication
My person of choice of an individual whom I consider to be an effective leader is Mr. X. I was hired by Mr. X to work as a sales retail clerk at XXX when I was fifteen years old. He also exhibited sensitivity competency by sensing organizational meanings and feelings accurately (Shockley-Zalabak, 2009, p.7). He resolved any conflicts that arose within the organization efficiently.
