The main purpose of this work is to investigate, review and analyze the role of different business management techniques in increasing the efficiency and profitability of Tesco and ASDA companies. This is going to be achieved by analyzing and reviewing several business management techniques and their affect in the effectiveness and efficiency of these two organizations. The general aim is going to be accomplished by completing several researched objectives which are listed below:
