The people fear if they do not have a help and support from other people around them. People want to be helped, but not all the help and support you when you need it. According to Berger (2005). “Being alone and lonely, and even just the fear of being alone, make many people insecure, anxious and depressed. If you fear being alone you may become over needy of other people and feel as if you must be around people at all times. While we all, to varying degrees, need people in our life, if you feel you must have people around all the time then this need is controlling you.” Moore (2009) stated “You see the world as changeable because you can change it. And if you’re like me you’ll add things like “unemployed and starving to death and I'll never be able to find another job.” I’ll mentally paint myself into a corner (motivated by fear or uncertainty) and feel there is no way out. I’ll feel like I have to stay in the situation because there is no other option. The truth is there is always another option. Sometimes it can take a little brainstorming to come up with a list of possible solutions but rarely are you truly ever without any choices.” So, from all above, we can know that the big enemy in our life is ourselves because we know what we can do and we are only know what we can’t
