Emirates airline has a good reputation among its costumers especially in corporate sector. Emirates frequent flyers (regular) passengers are in hundreds of thousands. Emirates airline has won more than 500 awards in recent years for good services and different categories.
Facilitating the customers:- Emirates airline has different frequent flyer programs. Ground services are improving day by day.at Dubai and different international airports lounge facility is available for gold / silver card member. Most important thing they are entertaining their customers in three different traveling classes’ economy class, business class and first class or executive class with different fares.
Attracting new customers:- With best on ground and inflight service. Our sky ward’s member and more. Advertisements and words of mouth are also a source to attract new customer.
Media and advertisement:- Print media like newspapers (dawn and khaleej times) are helping source of advertisement. In electronic media radio and television are doing a marvellous job to promote companies name every new offer. And the best way to advertise is social media or internet there banner and ads are frequently available at most of international social media websites.
Motive of company:- The motive of the company is to provide best service with innovation and introduce new brands with financial strength.
Goals and achievements:- Emirates airline has won more than 500 awards in different categories and awarded best airline of the year for consecutive five years. Emirates airline goal is to operate to maximum destinations with best inflight and ground services.
Special offers:- Emirates airline has seasonal fares. Special group of old customers get air miles (points) each time they travel. They are offered free upgrades and free tickets after achieving certain miles earned.
