Essay On Black Lives Matter
Cinc is walking the streets of Grand Rapids Michigan with a mob of people protesting about “ black lives matter “. Some people don’t believe in black lives matter, some people believe in “all lives matter “. Cinc believes that is true but the “ black lives matter “ is a different subject. Of course everyone matters on earth but black people have been getting treated unfairly and poorly. They've been getting killed by police officers and the deputy's haven't been getting consequences. This is way more than “ all lives matter.” Pretend you wake up and you get a phone call late at night from a family member or police a department saying “your son/daughter has been killed by police for no reason” and the officer doesn't get any punishment. In racist people eyes we are just black people that are “ gangsters “. We wear a different brand of clothing and we are thugs. We aren't being treated like humans, we are being treated like animals. Everywhere we go we hear older people and even kids calling us “ niggers “. You know racism is getting out of hand if our children, the future to our world, are being apart or the racist side. They think racism is okay because it's been happening for so long. But it's really not, at all. Some people you can't really blame them because that's how they grew up to think. But on the other hand we need to get that out of our children's heads. That's not the way to grow up, thinking racism is ok. If we have more protest maybe people will finally understand that racism is okay. We need to make the racist people think, make them think how they would feel if someone treated them like that. We have better tactics to use instead of violence. Overall “ black lives matter “ movement needs to ingage like CINC did. We could walk the streets and gradually get our justice. We need to ingage in consistent action to gain our rights. But in the end black live matter movement needs to be recognized.
