Essay On Hypo Kinetic Disease
A hypo-kinetic disease is a disease that is associated with a lack of physical activity or lack of exercising. Obesity is an example of a hypo-kinetic disease, which makes sense because it is a condition of an accumulation of excessive body fat as a result of not creating a caloric deficit as well as not being physically active.
Obesity affects the body by changing the normal body composition. It affects cardio-respiratory endurance, flexibility, muscle endurance and how much power and strength one has. It is linked to early death and is said to be the case more so than those who are underweight.
Changes in body composition causes the vital organs to be covered in layers of fat and the coronary arteries to be filled with plaque. Such conditions limit adequate blood supply to the heart and lungs as well as the rest of the body. Cardio-respiratory endurance, is affected by

It is suggested that 150 hours of exercise a week will give a desired moderate level of exercise needed to reverse inactivity and obesity. Walking 30 minutes a day, 3-5 days a week is a good start and then progressively increase the level of exercise as tolerated.
Physical activity will help the cardio-respiratory system by strengthening the heart and increasing its chances to pump oxygenated blood. It will decrease the HDL and fibrin levels in the blood by carrying it to the liver to be eliminated from the body. it will boost the immune system, decrease overall body fat and give a person a better physique, more endurance will be gained, and there is increased strength among other benefits.
Physical activity will also contribute to optimal wellness in other areas of a person’s life. It will cause a feeling of wellbeing, emotional and mental wellness, intellectual, social, and well as spiritual
