Adults can experience midlife crisis when they noticed that about half their life has gone by. There are also events and mild stones during midlife that can trigger a midlife crisis. Everything in our culture is about anti-aging like certain birthday mild stones. Having a twenty first birthday feels exciting but, hitting the big forty or fifty is associated with “over the hill” and this can feel like your live is over. This over the hill saying is a joke but, it has a serious effects and can lead a man to think about where he’s been, where he’s going and what the rest of his life is going to be about. So the main effect of midlife crisis for men is the consciousness of aging and death that’s creeping in and men wanting to return back to the youth. This is a biological issue in someways but much more psychological. There are some things that can shoot these men into crisis like situations in their life that force that to happen. This happens if a man is beginning to feel vulnerable because his body is breaking down, has had his first heart attack, serious illness’s or has experienced the death of someone around his age.
The common age rage that this happens to in men is 35 to 55. thirty five is young but, for some people this can happen at thirty because that is a mild stone number. A small percentage of men will undergo a serious midlife crisis, that doesn’t mean the remaining men will not have midlife issues they probably will to some degree but they’ll be able to resolve them and cope with it in a way that’s not really
