Consequently, the quality assurance methods continuously gather and assess data that are used to improve the performance and design more efficient system of care. The dimension that helps in designing the program to meet the health care facility within the internal need for improvement includes the structure, process and outcome. The physical structure of the facility, the availability of the equipment and resources, workforce, administrations, staff training and finances influence the care delivered to the public are all part of the structure in the dimensions of health care. The process includes the health care delivered by the staff, the efficiency of the health care providers, diagnostic tests, treatment, preventive care, and patient education. In addition, the health care delivered and or interpersonal process is also part of the process. The outcome measures the necessity, appropriateness and efficiency of the use of health care service. The patient’s health status, behavior or knowledge as well as patient’s satisfaction and health-related quality of life is part of the outcome that is used to assess the quality of health care to the
