Essay On Social Wellness
In this paper I will discuss healthy and unhealthy lifestyles. These are not only your physical lifestyle but your social, mental, emotional, and environmental lifestyles. These can be used as a measurement for how well you are. There are several aspects of social wellness, how you treat others, how others treat you, and how you view yourself to name a few. When you have excellent social wellness you treat others kindly, people treat you kindly, and you have a confident good view of yourself. You are also socially well if you use humor to improve the lot of other’s wellness. This is because you value others wellness, which most likely means that you get enjoyment from their amusement, which is a good social trait. You have poor social wellness …show more content…
Please note that your surrounding can and will have an effect on your social wellness. In order to have good mental wellness you must make sure you have no mental disabilities because advice is not enough for you then, you would need medicine. After you have checked that you need to view yourself, your surroundings, and others in positive manners. You need to view yourself as nothing subpar, and if you are then you need to have the attitude of nothing being set in stone and that you can change it if you work hard enough. You need your surroundings to be a reflection of your mind, which hopefully is positive because if it isn’t it can make you begin to view your mind as your surroundings seem to you. The other requirement is that you need to treat others as equals in all aspects, even if your actions dictate some difference. Your emotions have a large effect on your actions, there are several different regions of emotions with some being polar opposites, such as: love, rage, depression, hatred, and sadness. Love and hatred are polar opposites but they are both your views of someone based on their looks, actions, and personality. Anger can have two outcomes depending on who you are, rage: The anger turned outwards, and depression: The anger turned inside. Sadness is dictated
