Exercise for Better Health
Exercise can lead to many different results in human body. When exercising it is important to know what your body can handle without over doing it in order to get a positive result. There are many types of workout programs available such as going to the gym and training or walking with friend by the beach. Exercising is very important for many reasons. Exercising can lead to positive results including a healthier heart , a healthier body and a better state of mind . First of all , when a person begins exercising it immediately starts working their heart . When heart begins working because of exercise it pumps harder , this can lead to a better circulation of blood flow . Since the blood flow is increasing , it causes more oxygen to be carried throughout the body . Another result that can happen to person from working out is developing a healthier body . training leads to a better toned body including the development of muscle mass . Exercising the muscles and working out can make a person more fit and give him a better and healthier weight . The last result is improving your mental state . when you practice exercise everyday , you will have a fresh mind because it helps you to rid of the stress and pressure and reduce depression and worry so you'll be relaxed and peaceful . To conclude . exercise is very necessary in our life . It makes our life healthier, longer and happier . Therefore, everyone should limit some time from the day for exercising to improve the mental and physical health
