Explain How To Avoid Conflict Essay
Conflict connects with all sorts of problems and issues but there are many different ways to prevent it and to avoid it. Conflict is not a thing you should joke about, Because, It can just create more conflict but it could add on and start problem. There is just about conflict everywhere. Here are a few examples, at work lets say one of your co-workers got a raise but you worked more there could be conflict in that situation, Or in a grocery store the cashier could have raised the price on an object you bought when the original price was lower, There is conflict in school when teen girls fight over a boy, There is conflict at every twist and turn. In other words no matter what road you take or path there will always be a problem to deal with. In class we read two stories, Conflict has been an issue in both stories. Avoiding a problem can prevent conflict in ways that could fix things , help things from happening, and also it could be in a bad way like for example if someone stole something from a store that is a bad way of avoiding it because you should report people from doing bad things. Because of you report them it stops them from continuing to do bad stuff. I have a real life situation that involves avoiding conflict in a bad way but it is confidential so I can not share it. But just to say I have someone help me take care of it so it is alright.

This here is a great way to help conflict from happening. Collaborating can help with conflict because when you collaborate you can help fix a problem, Collaborating is how I am fixing my problem. I am collaborating with a bunch of nice and friendly men and women to help deal with what happened to me. I am glad collaborating helps because it is very hard to deal with a situation such as mine and just to add this in I am sending prayers to anyone who went through what I had to go through.
