    1. Describe your strongest dimension on the personality spectrum? My strongest dimension on the personality spectrum was my intelligence which I feel that I am well balanced at some areas. I feel that my personality is good I am a very quiet person and my feelings to what others have to say is very important and I try to let others know my thoughts on what they have to say. I try to take in as much as I can on what others are saying but I am able to use aspects of this predisposition in conjunction with my other strengths. They all help me be an effective distance learning student. This habit also helps me to make a subject more interesting for me, if it is not already so. This summarization and verbalization would also allow me to retain the information since I have to understand it completely to convey it to someone else.…

Based on the number of points totaled at the end of the test I scored a 42. I agree with this analysis because I posses all of these qualities. I find myself to be popular and unintentionally the center of attention but at the same time I am very easy going and not stuck up. Most of the time when someone close to me needs advice or help they usually come to me first. Also whether right or wrong I try to look at situations from both perspectives and not just my own. I’m also usually calm and understanding in stressful situations because complaining or arguing will only make the situation worst. Usually when someone in my family wants to borrow money they come to me first because I almost never say no even if it’s my last. I strongly have a problem with saying no I feel like I am suppose to be there when someone I care about is in need. I never do things for people looking for them to return the favor. Most of the time people don’t treat you like you treat them and act like they forgot about what you did for them. I don’t let situations like that bother me or change who I am as a person. A lot of people might judge me from my hard exterior or the fact that I am quiet at times. But after they get know me most people always want to be around me. I also presented my girlfriend with this analysis and let her test me, she gave me a score of 41 so it has to be somewhat…

Personality Type Okechukwu Ekedebe Liberty University Abstract In this piece I expanded a little on the separate letters of my Meyers-Briggs type which is ISTJ, representing introvert, sensing, thinking, and judging. Also, I considered empirical examples from my various experiences encountered at workplace and also my experiences in my relationships with people. I looked into my weaknesses as well as my strengths generally and in particular. Also considered was the positive and negative effects these strengths and weaknesses could pose to the organization. Furthermore, I described my entire Meyers-Briggs personality and temperament. Also looked into was how basic knowledge and understanding of personality traits can be of help at the workplace in grooming better co-workers, managers and employees. Step 1 Personality type Introvert (22) Introvert can be defined as to direct or to turn inwards. In relation to my personality type, I am rather more engaged inside my mind than deal with the world outside of myself. In other words, I am reserved and very strategic in my approach to situations, tackling them objectively and rationally. Also, I am well organized to the point where I think through things I want to do or communicate in my head before I put them into action. I am well aware of how I feel towards a situation and I do not let the situation influence how I feel about it and my response or decision towards it. Even though being an introvert at the workplace has its challenges because i tend to be looked upon as a perfectionist or unfriendly thereby making me not the best person for friendships at the workplace, I have found out that my colleagues lobby to partner with me on assignments because I enjoy working on assignments alone thereby making them free and also have the assurance that I will get the job done. At my workplace, I am always the guy people run to for help when faced with a…
