Most people are visual and many organizations use graphics in advertisement or communication to relay information with the public. However, just like a fast food advertisement showcasing a delectable burger stacked with perfect vegetables and mouthwatering (animal of your choice) is not ‘exactly’ what you get, but a representation of the included ingredients. Not only is this one way honesty and integrity is misrepresented, but the same is done with graphs in the media, especially concerning political parties and the supposed media’s affiliation when comparing their favored with the opposing party.
