ORGANISATION WORK ENVIRONEMENT

The staff members and colleagues were extremely helpful and friendly. They never made me feel like a newbie or feel out of the place . Everyone was very professional and hence helped maintain the level of professionalism.
It was a very friendly environment overall. The schedule was a little hectic but after the first week I got used to it and it was fun working for 9 to 10 hours a day. At the end of the work everyday, all the assistant directors, directors and producers would sit and decide the work assigned for me for the next day, that was one of the best experiences of the training period. The head Mr. Gurdeep Singh was helpful in making me feel comfortable with such a large staff members and never once did I feel like a new comer.
The afternoon lunch sessions were the best time of the day on the sets as all of us would sit together and have lunch and gossip about the other members.
I am looking forward to entering the industry now as I feel I have been trained well and made ready for the bigger responsibilities of the

It was better than I expected it to be and my seniors were gobsmacked .
Daily recharge coupons and vouchers were introduced in a manner so as to take into the need of every section of the society. Minimal charges and taxes was the goal accomplished. The Kabbadi League was the target place to launch the campaign in order to give it the national platform and the very next day we went for location hunt for the said launch. There were hundreds and thousands of aspects to search for before finalizing the location which I would never understand had I not interned.
Not much later I was asked to prepare a final presentation of the campaign and it was such a task. At the end of the presentation we undertook to answer some queries as well and it will be safe to say that it went well.

We then understood the four Ps of Fastway’s marketing mix i.e. product , place, promotion and

The marketing mix should consist of the following: the right product; making sure it’s sold at the right price; in the right place and to make sure it’s used in the most suitable promotional techniques. Furthermore, one example of a company who ensures it meets its marketing mix is Sainsbury’s. Sainsbury’s as a marketer ensures that their products have the right features – for example: looking good and working to a satisfactory standard with its customers. Sainsbury’s also ensure that they meet their marketing mix by ensuring that their prices are right. In order for the company to take in a huge sum of profit, they must ensure that their prices are right so that consumers can buy in large numbers in order to provide profit towards the company. They also ensure that products are in the right place at the right time so that they can provide a service to their consumers efficiently in order to make profit. Finally, the last technique that Sainsbury’s will use to meet their marketing mix is promotion. In order to meet their marketing mix, Sainsbury’s advertise and promote their existence to their target audience so that they are aware of their products. Ideally, successful promotion helps a firm spread costs over a larger output which is why Sainsbury’s focus purely on this marketing technique. However, there are other methods/ techniques that are authentic to Sainsbury’s alone such as divisions. Hence, Sainsbury’s divides its customers and marketing department into three components. A marketing team will focus purely on improving the brand awareness across a range of channels and outlets using Sainsbury’s website. Moreover, the companies media team will focus on maintaining a positive image in the newspapers and television along with magazines and the internet while the customer team focuses on improving and working on the aftersales experience of the company.…
