I went to Chicago this weekend and my parents took me out for dinner, we went to Flaco’s Tacos. This is my favorite restaurant I have been going there since I was a kid. My parents know the owner well now, and he greets us at the door to be immediately seated. The first thing you notice when you walk in is how packed the restaurant gets on Sundays. This restaurant isn’t in the best neighborhood however people come from all parts of the city to eat the restaurants famous food. The owner is always working, he walks around talking to the customers asking how the food is and if he could get them anything else. After being seated our waiter greeted us and introduced herself, you can tell that all the works like working in the environment they are in. Also the selection on the menu is huge, I have tried a wide variety of the food on it and have liked it all. Going here a lot I have three favorite meals tacos with beans, eggs mixed with steak and beans, or a burrito. This time I got tacos and beans, while waiting for my food I took a look around to see some of the other customers. I noticed how everyone here enjoys the vibe in the restaurant. I could tell the people next to us were here for their first time, I know the owner noticed this also so he approached them and introduced himself and began to have a conversation with them. Listening in I found out they were from the north side of Chicago and they heard of this place from a family friend. Obviously this place is well heard of if not only its always packed but people recommend it to others. I started listening to the people seated behind us and I turned to see what they looked like, it was an older couple maybe in their seventy’s. You can tell the owner knows them well and that they are loyal customers. The owner talked to them for a while asking about their kids and how the retired life was. This speaks a lot about the owner, he memorizes his…
