Good sales experience/Bad sales experience
Unpleasant sales/customer service experience description and facts:

I remember a Friday afternoon my husband and I trying to get an electronics representative at Wal-Mart that, we were waiting on someone that can actually speak some technology, and when we finally got an employee to assists us, he got the area nodding his head like anticipating that he was not doing anything at all, I explained was I was looking for and I gave him the details, he seemed to be tired and answer me in monosyllabs. After all the struggle he showed us something similar but not what we were looking for, we asked more questions and the sales representative got frustrated and told us to look for it at another retailer. We return home with a sour flavor in the throat after that experience.

Very pleasant sales/customer service experience description and facts:
A great customer service experience was at Sawgrass Mall I stopped by an small business promoting hair products the girl greeted me within a minute and she approached me with an smile, introduced herself and started to ask questions about my hair and what I do to take care of it. After few minutes we were engaged in an information exchange about hair products and gadgets. Long story short I ended up spending almost $ 400 at that store just because the sales person asked the right questions and recommended the right products, no regrets products were great and appropriate to my hairstyle and lifestyle as well.
Comments;
When it comes to bad customer services experience the one that I described above it is how employees are not well trained in sales, and that’s why they are not willing to share treat customers in the way customers can consider the visit a good experience. Customers that are mistreated usually don’t come back and spread the word of what it feels like to be a customer at the establishment, and maximize the factors contributing to a bad experience.
Unsatisfied customers most likely they will explain the problem

    | I always shopped at Morrisons even after the revamp. The fresh prepared fruit had gone up from £1 to £1.25 and the ‘restaurant pizzas’ were 3 for £2: 50 the week before, but are now 3 for £ 3.00 so I went to Tesco and was surprised at the offers and they gave me £12 voucher off my next shop, when I spend £60. So, I am not going to shop at Morrisons.Again, a recent poll by Sun City “Morri-Poll” reveals the supermarket’s customers are fed up with posh displays such as “misty” exotic vegetables and delis. As one customer, who shopped in Morrisons since 1965 has stopped shopping in the supermarket, while a staff claimed that “I’ve worked for Morrisons for the last six years and the last 16 months have been the worst.” Such type of comments about a supermarket is particularly dangerous, given a study conducted in 1999 by customer service research firm TARP shows that: * One unhappy customer tells ten people about their experience. Each of these ten people tells another five people, meaning up to 50 people get to know of one person's poor experience with a firm. * central-e-commerce unfolds that a dissatisfied consumer will tell between 9 and 15 people about their experience. About 13% of dissatisfied customers will even tell more than 20 people!…

    The company needs to provide the appropriate training in customer service on how to handle similar situations, to prevent them in the future. Unsatisfied customers may be one of the reasons why the company has declined sales and so many complaints. “Companies and people that consistently give good service succeed, while poor service providers fumble and eventually fail.” (Timm, 2011 P.…

    -If I was a customer at Untied Booksellers I would expect a excellent service. I say that because of the way they run things. In this article, the author, Debra Barrow, talks about how customer service has changed from the good old days of full service gas stations and face to face communication to todays self-serve, pre-recorded society. Customers back then were fiercely loyal to your business when you gave them good service in virtually any type of businesses. She examines if the downturn in the economy has something to do with the lowering of the level of customer service or if it has just been happening for a while.…
