Objective
To learn about Grameenphone’s work environment.
HR sector.
HR manages it employees. processes that HR follow to manage the whole organization
Scope
This study regarding Grameenphone’s HRM and its process has enlightened us with the idea of how an organization operates in the real world. It have us the scope to visit the GP House and hear real experiences in person.
Methodology
In this study both primary and secondary researches have been done. Primary research has been conducted by interviewing HR personnel of Grameenphone. Questions have been asked through one to one interview in an office environment.
Secondary research includes previously done reports on Grameenphone’s HR and the organization’s website.
Limitations
One direct respondent:
The findings and conclusions have been conducted by interviewing one person only. The information may be partially incorrect or distorted.
Validity of previous research:
The previous research has been conducted by students as well and no guarantee of its accuracy or validity has been found.

    Effective leaders are responsible to form valued relationships of using the communication tools available to communicate with employees in order to achieve their target performances more efficiently. This study will be carried out with a structured questionnaire to the managers in PropertyGuru located at Bangsar South to investigate the communication used by managers in guiding the employees’ efficiency at work. A qualitative research was adopted and conducted by using semi- structured interviews and face-to-face interviews with four managerial levels from PropertyGuru, an online media Malaysian property portal company. It uses purposive sampling method to target the manager and conducted with 14 open-ended questions.
