The ingredients have 5 small potatoes (about 400g),1 onion,2 garlic cloves ,1/2 tsp dried oregano or ½ tbsp chopped fresh oregano,2 tbsp olive oil,1/2 lemon ,2 large tomatoes, 2 fresh skinless pollock fillets (about 200g) and small handful parsley.
First, we need to wash the potatoes and cut into wedges, the onion bisect and sliced, garlic cloves roughly chopped, lemon and 2 large tomatoes are cut into wedges ,and the small handful parsley.

Roasted vegetable and feta tostada
The ingredients have 325g pack frozen grilled vegetables (Ocado essentials), 1 tsp Mexican seasoning , 1 small avocado ,juice 1 lime , 75g cherry tomatoes ,2 small flour tortillas ,2 handfuls rocket , 2 tbsp light feta cheese .
First, wash the vegetables,cherry tomatoes and cut it ,the avocado need peeled,stoned and chopped .The light feta cheese need to crumble.
Second,after the preparation,heat the oven to 200C/180C fan or gas is 6.In a roasting tin,season the frozen vegetables and turn side to side with the Mexican seasoning ,then roast in the oven for 15 minutes, until hot. Meanwhile, mix the avocado, tomatoes and lime juice with a bit seasoning, then set aside.
Third,put the tortillas on a baking sheet and cook above 5 minutes for the final of the vegetables of cooking time until crisp. Transfer the crispy tortillas to plates, scatter with rocket and top with the roasted vegetables. Add some of the avocado salsa and sprinkle over the feta.
