The stage of the Christine's team is at the forming stage, because every is getting to know each other and getting to know their roles and is not a well develop and constitute team yet. "in the forming stage of team development, a primary concern is the initial entry of members to a group." During this stage, individuals ask a number of questions as they begin to identify with other groups member and with the team itself." Second, is the group is member key role are not defined meaning that each member role in the team has not been determined yet. we know that Christine is the team coordinator, but what key roles does the other participants play. Next the stage in which the team is in forming, adjourning, storming, performing and norming has not been determined yet. In addition, the not all team player are cooperating in the same way, some have turn in the portion of the assignment and others haven't. Not all team members were meeting together to discussed course project progress. Lack of communication between team members is another thing, Christine goes in the school cafeteria and discovers her team member having a team group with her, and her being the team leader should have been the first to be notified. additionally, the problem of communication was also among each other, even thought the teacher had told them since the beginning to go to her if problem came up during the course of the project they decided to ignored them, "Mike seem so distant, despite the apparent camaraderie of the first meeting." If Christine would had understood that Adjourning is the Disbanding and celebrating accomplishments, forming-is getting to know each other, storming-dealing with tensions and defining group task, performing-maturing in relationship and task performance and norming -building relationships and working together. (Shermerhorn 166) she would had have a better chance of succeed at her team building and completing her assignments. Because her team was at the forming stage each team member was getting to know each other and the key role each player was going to play, but I think it skipped some stages and went right to the norming stage. I think if the team should had communication the team will have gone through each stage of developing and Christine will not have had any trouble finishing her
