Group Therapy: Clinical Therapy

Group therapy is not usually considered as a clinical therapy, yet it is more than likely the best opportunity for any cancer patient on their road to recovery. In these sessions, the patient will not only get a chance to express how they feel but they will know for sure that the people who are there actually understand what they are saying. Knowing that someone understands their situation because they have experienced that themselves gives the patient a special sense of hope when facing something as frightening as
cancer.
