Inventory is the total amount of goods and materials that are stocked by a store, factory, and many other business. An Automated Inventory System is a process whereby a business keeps track of the goods and material it has available automated. In its simplest sense it can be done computerized by a count at the end of each day. In this way it is possible to keep a record of the goods coming in to the business and goods being sold. Automated Inventory System is an Inventory System that is automated and it helps you to record your data using a computer and not manually writing it down on your files.
An inventory of a business in any industry, we know how important it is to maintain an efficient, accurate monitoring and control system. Not having appropriate supply levels of your important tools, MRO items, or other inventory on hand can quickly throw an otherwise smoothly running business into disarray.
