Hangovers By Jennifer Pashley Summary
For this week, I have chosen ‘Hangovers’ which wrote by Jennifer Pashley, and My choice was random. In this short story, the writer described the vision and sensations at different moments of hangovers in different words. Pashley described many moments of hangovers at the home, at the school, at the college, and at the hospital. She used simple words to share her feelings with the readers. Actually, I liked the writer's descriptive style "That taste like strawberry milkshakes, fake and pink. The kind that froth in your brain." (Pashley, 2014, para. 1).
Pashley also wrote about a kind of hangover which accompanied you to the school, and how your face will be because of crying and puking. Besides to a noisy headache and your weak focus during
a test day (Pashley, 2014).
