At 15 weeks, you’re a midway through your journey of pregnancy. Now your baby is taking shape with both the head and baby been equal in size. Your baby is approximately 11.5 cm long and weights just over 70 grams.

The bay is in the process of growing fine hair called lanugo. This hair keeps the baby warm until that fat takes over at birth. The baby is now developing senses, and can react to any form of the light that is shun upon them.

The baby has also been developing their sucking and swallowing skills, which will enable to them to recognise and distinguish flavours when they’re are born. Most mothers and family members start to sing and talk to the baby as the baby can now hear voices.
