Eating nutritious, highly fibrous, well balanced meal, with daily exercise programs, minimum eight hours sleep and mainly learning how to relax after a hard day's work, will help you to achieve this.
While choosing your food intake you have to select foods which give you enough nutrients. Morning breakfast is very much necessary for everyone to carry out the day's work without stress and strain. It is always said by the elders 'breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a begger or a pauper.
Nowadays no one seems to listen to this proverb and they are not able to make out that the evening lethargy or the tiredness they feel is due to the lack of breakfast in the morning. Everyone of us should be getting the 25% quota of our daily calories as breakfast in the morning.
The result of not having breakfast will be lack of concentration, lethargy, tiredness, irritability, lack of blood sugar which makes you crave the the most unwanted chocolate bar or sugar filled fruit drinks.
One has to get a proper breakfast in the morning. If it is lack of time take at least a bowl of oats which is very easy to prepare and an egg or a toast. Even while you are on the move you can have your fruit.
Have lunch properly and just have a fruit or soup or something very light for the night dinner. You will not feel the tiredness which you will feel otherwise.
Fatty foods like pastries, sweets, cakes, ice creams and chocolates and the list like coke, red meats, white bread, cakes, French fries, dried coconut, butter, chocolates, cream, processed cheese, coconut cookies and potato chips etc should be prohibited.
Add foods like eggs, milk, spinach, soya bean , meat, fish, whole grains, rice, beans, legumes, corns, oats, peas, and peanut butter are good sources of High protein foods.
