Hillary Clinton Informative Speech
Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton was born October 26th 1947, at Edgewater Hospital in Chicago. Illinois. She is the oldest of Dorothy and Hugh Rodham’s three children. Hillary was raised in a United Methodist family, first in Chicago, then from the age of three, in Park Ridge, Illinois. She went on to earn her law degree at Yale University. She married fellow law school graduate Bill Clinton in 1975. She then served as first lady from 1993 to 2001, and then as a U.S. senator from 2001 to 2009. In 2007, Clinton announced her plans to run for president in the 2008 election. However, she conceded the nomination when it became apparent that Barack Obama held the majority of the delegate votes. One thing that Hillary has said that I do have a problem with is “Don’t let anybody tell you that it’s corporations and businesses that create jobs.”. She’s joking, right? Seriously? Another thing that she has said that I have a problem with is "I have to admit that a good deal of what my husband and I have learned (about Islam) has come from my daughter. Donald also wants to increase the size of the U.S. Army to 540,000 active duty soldiers, rebuild the U.S. Navy toward a goal of 350 ships, provide the U.S Air Force with the 1,200 fighter aircraft that they need and grow the U.S Marine Corps to 36 battalions. Donald wants to invest in a serious missile defense system to meet growing threats from Iran and North Korea as well as pay for the necessary rebuilding of our national defense by conducting a full inspection of the Pentagon, eliminating incorrect payments, reducing duplicative bureaucracy, collecting unpaid taxes, and ending unwanted and unauthorized federal programs
