The industrial revolution would be impossible without the spark of electricity, used to awaken engines, light up the street and carry your voice to another’s miles away. If Thomas Edison, a highly respected inventor, didn’t try nearly 6,000 times to make a glass bulb spark we wouldn't be able to walk streets or work after the sun rest. Little did he know that he had led an evolution from lamp lit rooms to fluorescent bright lights. Think about all the incredible inventions that were made because of a light bulb; motion picture, screens, photograph and approximately 1,000 more patents from Edison alone. Each invention installing more jobs and boosting the industrial revolution. Another electronic invention that accelerated our industrializing nation was the telephone.
